Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver orders throughout Bangladesh.

Estimated Delivery Time

Inside Dhaka

  • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days

Outside Dhaka

  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location.

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳80
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120

Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information via email, SMS, or phone call depending on the courier service used.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations within Bangladesh. Additional verification may be required before dispatching COD orders.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If incorrect information is provided and the package cannot be delivered, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect contact information, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving (or expected receiving) the order. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Manaviea is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
